Everything was brand-new. 2. the location was great, only a short walk to the town center and the sea. 3. It was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Borik Beach.

I recently stayed at Villa Manda in Zadar for a week and had an amazing time. The owner and housekeeper were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment was compact but had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a super comfy bed. The pool was a great size and always had plenty of space to relax. The location was perfect for me, just a short walk to the beach and a quick Uber ride into the center of town. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were modern and clean, and the pool was the perfect size for a refreshing dip. The location of this hotel was ideal, situated in a lovely area and just a short walk to the nearest beach. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby bars and restaurants. this venue provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Stylish and well-appointed apartment with a huge, comfortable bed and the best shower in Croatia. Lovely pool area with loungers, chilled out music, and shade. V attentive and helpful hosts.
The immediate locality was not particularly appealing and it is a long walk to the main attractions. Parking is down a steep ramp.
